Privacy notice.
Information about how inquiries sent through this website are handled.
Information provided voluntarily
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as name, organization, email address and the contents of your message.
Purpose
We use this information to read, respond to, and keep a business record of your inquiry. We do not ask visitors to send confidential operational information or sensitive personal records through the form.
Service providers and hosting
This website is hosted by Web Hosting Canada (WHC). Inquiries submitted through the form are passed to the hosting server’s email system for delivery to Northway’s Google Workspace inbox. These providers may process technical access information and correspondence as part of providing their services. The website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. The contact form keeps request-timing records under hashed network-address identifiers in the server’s temporary storage to help prevent repeated submissions. Message contents are not stored in those timing records.
Retention and questions
Correspondence may be retained for ordinary business purposes and removed when no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable requirements. For privacy-related questions, email pilots@northwayimpact.ca.
