Northway is led from Toronto by Rivers E. King. The firm develops independently originated proposals for consideration by municipalities, utilities and other public-system operators.
Northway is registered with the City of Toronto Lobbyist Registrar (registration 61071S-1). Registration is a transparency requirement; it is not an indication of public-agency endorsement, commissioning or approval.
